Watercolors

Here's a group of some traditional water colors I painted. When I paint watercolors I basically don't use white and allow the white of the paper to come through. Some refer to this as a "true" watercolor. I like the pure transparent nature of the paint on the surface this way. Adding white paint to "watercolors" I think gives it a mixed media look and takes it in another direction.
